Return & Refund Policy
RETURN ON PROMOTIONAL ITEMS:
Please keep in mind that all of the products featured on the promotional page are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable unless they are damaged or not as described. Customers with bulk orders can contact our customer care service to get proper information about their orders.
RETURN ON LINGERIE PRODUCTS:
Products ordered online by all platforms and classified as lingerie or undergarments are non-returnable and non-refundable. Similarly, we strongly believe in maintaining a proper hygiene for our customers and do not accept the return or exchange of products that can be unhygienic for others.
RETURN ON COSMETICS / MAKEUP PRODUCTS:
As we are keen to maintain hygiene and the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns of cosmetics / makeup products. Also, products that are unsealed, broken in their packaging or found used, will not be accepted for return. Furthermore, makeup accessories that are applicable on the face, lips or other (i.e. Lipsticks, Lip Liners, Lip Gloss, Eye Shadows, Foundation, Eye Liners, Mascara etc.) cannot be returned in any condition. If we receive products like Makeup Tools, Storage or Non-Applicable Accessories in our Returns Department, we check them thoroughly to make sure they are in their original condition. If we find it broken or used, we immediately dispose of it, and the customers will not be repaid, nor will the amount be deposited into their DOD wallets.
RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PAYMENT SECTORS:
Making payments online through PayPal, Debit or Credit Card or any other online platform are being facilitated with Payment Discount i.e. 3% of the total ordered amount. However, if the order is requested for a return, the payment will be reimbursed with the deducted amounts of coupons or other discounts applied by the customer at the time of order, i.e. the final total at the time of order.
Further, the courier charges for returns will be applicable according to the return policy, which is as follows:
- In case the product is not according to the description or picture showcased.
- In case the product is damaged naturally at the time of delivery.
If the return is requested due to a dislike of the product or a size change, the customer will have to pay the return charges to the courier who will receive the product.
All the discount offers or coupons will be frozen on the total amount whether the order is accepted or return is requested by the customer. The amount refundable will be calculated according to the amount paid at the time of order after calculating each item separately.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- Those customers who are requesting any returns will be charged 10 AED to 20 AED on each pickup and the amount will be deducted when recharging your Login Wallet Account.
- Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment.
- We do not accept any returns on items that were purchased during a promotion or sale. Only items not included in the promotion will be accepted.
- Product color or shade may differ due to studio lighting and photography.
For your convenience, we have mentioned the points which are commonly asked by the customers while requesting a return:
1. If you dislike the Product "OR" its Quality "OR" you have changed your mind:
- If you don't like the product, it's quality or if you have changed your mind about any product or complete order, in that case, you will need to pay the shipping charges for both sides even if the delivery was free.
- In the event that a promotional coupon code is applied to an order and a return is requested, the discounted price will be refunded to your DOD Wallet Account.
- After deduction of shipping fees, the remaining amount of your order will be transferred to your DOD Wallet Account which can be utilized for your next order once the items you returned are received.
- Manufacturers pack Home Essential Products after a thorough quality and damage inspection. Opened , installed or dismantled products will not be accepted for returns because they cannot be repacked.
- There is no cash refund policy.
2. Damaged Item, Wrong Item or Missing Items in Order:
- If you receive an order that contains an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, please contact our customer service helpline as soon as possible within 7 days.
- We will arrange for a courier to pick up the damaged or wrong item and once it is received, our warehouse team will inspect it. After inspection of the damaged or wrong item, we will initiate the refund to your DOD wallet account. Same for the missing items as well.
3. Products / Orders that cannot be returned:
- If the packaging of the item or product is missing, in that case, the order will not be returned.
- Lingeries, undergarments, swimwear, beachwear or makeup items cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
- Used or reconditioned products, as well as those with broken or removed tags, will not be accepted for return, nor will dirty products.
Note: The original shipping charges are Non-Refundable.
