Instructions:

• Twist The Host With The Gel Patch.
• Uncover The Transparent Film On The Gel Patch.
• Attach The Instrument To The Area Where You Need To Massage.
• Press The On/inc Button To Turn It On, and The Light Is Always On, Press The On/inc Button Again To Start, and The Light Flashes.
• Press The Program Button To Select The Desired Mode.
• Adjust To The Massage Intensity That Suits You. Continue To Press On/inc To Increase The Intensity And Off/del To Decrease The Intensity.

Precaution:

• For first-time use, please try the low intensity to adapt the device, later you can try the higher intensity level.
• The device will turn off automatically after 12 seconds if you don’t do anything.
• Re-cover the adhesive pads with a protective layer after a workout, to prevent the adhesive pad from drying.
• Operation Method:
• Open the battery cover, and insert 2 pcs batteries.
• Put the device on the gel pad by the snap-on button.
• Put the electrode pad on your body.
• To switch the unit off, press the OFF/LOW button several times, until the LED lights go off.
