Return & Refund Policy
We appreciate our customers and suppliers ordering in bulk, for the same reason we are not receiving any delivery charges on orders of AED 200+ which are waived off just to improve our relationship with our customers, not only that our customers also receives free return without any charges when they are not satisfied with even one of the ordered products or all.
In the same policy we also advise our customers to please keep in mind that when the products are returned, your paid amount is transferred back to your Login Wallet Account, which can be easily utilized on your next purchase, but the customer will be charged with the delivery charges of AED 15 on the next purchase as per the policy defined by the company.
The facility of free shipment on AED 200+ reflects on the purchases through Cash on Delivery (COD) or Card Payment only. The Login Wallet Account does not facilitate the customers to pay their delivery charges because of the third party courier services.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,Just make sure to contact us within 3 days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it.
If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, return it back your payment will be transfer to your Login wallet account you can buy another item from our store, we have No Cash Refund Policy.

NOTE: For the customers purchasing in Bulk are notified with our policy that the Wallet Account balance cannot be availed for your Discount that implements on AED 500/-.
Example: If you purchase from DODuae.com with AED 520/- and you have 70 AED in your Wallet Account. Once you utilize your Wallet Account and the total amount becomes less than 500/- then the policy of 15% Discount cannot be implemented.
The Customer should buy AED 500 once for all in a single payment Method i.e. COD or Card Payment to avail the 15% discount.
Delivery Within 24 Hours:
DODuae.com always makes everything clear to the customers to avoid any hurdle and non-satisfaction in our customer services. It is important to disclose that all the orders which are confirmed during the working days and before 01:00 PM will be delivered the very next day within 24 Hours.
TO RETURN THE ITEM
- Call our customer support services at (+971)-6-5562505) within 3 days from the day your order is delivered to arrange for Return.
- An email will be sent containing a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and attach to the package. A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.
- Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and your payment will be transfer to your Login wallet account at DODuae.com. Pending amount in your Login wallet account you can use for new orders only. Because we have No Cash Refund Policy.
TO REPLACE THE ITEM
If the item you have received is damaged, defective, size not fitting, don't like color or not as described on the website, you can easily replace it using below easy steps.
- Call our customer support services at (+971)-6-5562505) within 3 days from the day your order is delivered and provide the new item product code number to arrange for Replacement.
- An SMS will be sent containing a shipping air way bill number and details.
- Pack the item which you will replace in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative at the same time of your replacement items delivery.
- If your new item price is less than replacing item then your balance will be transfer to your DODuae.com Login wallet account (No Cash Refund Policy) which you can use for next new orders. And if your new item price is more than replacing item then the difference you will pay at the delivery time.
- Only one time you can replace your one order and the delivery charge will be 20/-AED or more based to the replacement reason.
- If buyer want to replace one order ID for second time the delivery charge will be 40/-AED.
I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?
In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition you received and in the original box. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund of your payment to your DODuae.com login wallet account. you can use the same payment for new orders only any time. because DODuae.com don't have cash refund policy.
I received a wrong item, how can I return it?
We apologize that you received a wrong item. In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund of your payment to your DODuae.com login wallet account. Same payment you can use for new orders only because DODuae.com don't have cash refund policy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free.

I have changed my mind; can I return what I have bought?
Yes you can. We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. How long does it take the courier to collect the returned items?
Typically, Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect the item.
Can I schedule time with the courier to return an item?
At the moment, you will not be able to contact the courier company directly. However, once our courier representative contacts you to schedule the time for the pick-up of a return item, you may provide your preferred timings to them.

If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card) then the money would be refunded to your card, but depending on individual’s bank requirements, the amount may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement.
I paid through Cash on Delivery, how can I receive refund for an item?
Refunds on your purchase are done seamlessly after we receive the return item. If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) then the money would be refunded in the form of Your Wallet credit and will be credited to your DODuae.com Account balance (No Cash Refund Of Payment). From your DODuae.com Account balance, you can either easily make new purchases.
Can I Replace or Exchange an item rather than a refund?
Yes, Now you can replace your ordered item if its defective or not as described within 3 days from the day your order is delivered. for the replacement you may pay the delivery charge again for 20/-AED first time replacement and 40/-AED for second time replacement for same order ID.
I lost the Original Packing in which I received the item, how can I still return it?
We accept return of item only if it is in the original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and bar codes on it, however in this case, please contact our Customer Service Team at(+971)-6-5562505).
Can I return an item through my courier company or personally drop it anywhere?
At the moment, the item can be returned to us only though one of our assigned courier services who would contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return.
Who pays for the shipping charges, when I return an item?
You can return an item for FREE. DODuae.com pays for the return shipping charges. The product price would be transferred to your DOD wallet account. Shipping charges are not refundable. You can reorder any item of your choice from DODuae.com using the wallet amount that was refunded for the returned items. Shipping charges would apply when you are placing your order using the wallet amount from a returned item.
Where can I find the pre-paid shipping label / Air Waybill?
Once you place a request to return an item , the pre-paid shipping label / Air Waybill will be sent to you in your email to ensure you can return the item.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
When you will return it back your payment will be transfer to your wallet account you can buy any other item from our store, we have no cash refund policy.
MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time.
