✿ I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request for return by following these steps:
✦ Please make sure to contact us within 3 days from the day your order is delivered.
✦ Ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it.
✦ If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you can also request for return or replacement.
✿ I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND; CAN I RETURN WHAT I HAVE BOUGHT?
Yes, you can. We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your item, please contact us to cancel your order and we will process the refund if you paid online using (Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal). If you wish to return the item after receiving it, kindly contact us within 3 DAYS after the delivery date to arrange return pickup and assigned courier services for return order pickup, so long as the items are:
✦ In the same condition as received and with the original packaging box and/or packaging. In all circumstances, you can contact our Customer Service Team (+971-6-5562505) or through the CONTACT US page for a return of an item.
✿ CAN I RETURN CLOTHING FASHION ACCESSORIES?
Our customers can return any Clothing item or Fashion accessory within 3 Days in the same condition as you received.
✿ CAN I RETURN MY ITEM AFTER 3 DAYS?
The items cannot be returned after 3 Days however, there may be situations in which you were not able to return items, in such cases please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM (+971-6-5562505) or through the CONTACT US page and file a complaint. Complaints are handled on a case by case basis. However, all acceptable returns as per CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS will be honoured.
✿ HOW CAN I RECEIVE REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD?
Refunds on your purchase are done after we receive the return item. If you have paid through electronic means (Credit Card or Debit card) then the Payment would be refunded to your card, but depending on individual’s bank requirements, the amount may take up to a month to reflect on your card statement.
✿ I PAID CASH ON DELIVERY, HOW CAN I RECEIVE REFUND FOR AN ITEM?
Refunds on your purchase are done after we receive the returned item. If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) then the payment would be refunded in the form of Wallet Credit and will be credited to your DODuae.com ACCOUNT BALANCE (No Cash Refund). From your DODuae.com Account balance, you can either easily make new purchases.
✿ I LOST THE ORIGINAL PACKING IN WHICH I RECEIVED THE ITEM, HOW CAN I STILL RETURN IT?
We accept the return of item only if it is in the original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it, however in this case, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM (+971-6-5562505).
✿ I RECEIVED AN ITEM WHICH IS NOT AS SAME AS THE PRODUCT IMAGE, OR NOT SATISFIED OR BAD QUALITY, OR A PART IS MISSING?
We are sorry that you're not satisfied with your purchase. No need to worry. Please return the item in the original condition. We will reimburse the total amount of the purchased item to your WALLET ACCOUNT excluding the courier charges.
✿ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THE COURIER TO COLLECT THE RETURNED ITEMS?
Typically, Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 Days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect the item.
✿ CAN I SCHEDULE TIME WITH THE COURIER TO RETURN AN ITEM?
At the moment, you will not be able to contact the courier company directly. However, once our courier representative contacts you to schedule the time for the pick-up of a return item, you may provide your preferred timings to them.
✿ CAN I RETURN MY ITEM AFTER 3 DAYS?
As per our Return Policy, you can return an item within 3 Days only.
There may be situations in which you were not able to return items within the 3 Days, in such cases please contact our Customer Service Team (+971-6-5659185) or through the Contact Us page and file a complaint. Complaints are handled on a case by case basis. However, all acceptable returns as per Consumer Protection Laws will be honoured outlined duration.
✿ CAN I REPLACE OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM RATHER THAN A REFUND?
No, you can only return your ordered item if it is defective or not as described. Within 3 Days from the day, your order is delivered the first replacement can be made with the delivery charge for 20 AED and 40 AED for the second time.
✿ CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THROUGH MY COURIER COMPANY OR PERSONALLY DROP IT ANYWHERE?
At the moment, the item can be returned to us only through one of our assigned courier services who would contact you within 3-5 Days from the day you requested a return.
✿ WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES, WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return an item for FREE. DODuae.com pays for the return shipping charges. The product price would be transferred to your DOD Wallet Account. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You can reorder any item of your choice from DODuae.com using the Wallet Amount that was refunded for the returned items. Shipping charges will be applicable when you are placing your order using the Wallet Amount.
✿ WHERE CAN I FIND THE PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL / AIR WAYBILL?
When the courier customer receives the item, the courier representative hands over a tracking slip through which the customer can track the order.
Once you place a request to return an item, the pre-paid shipping Label / Air Waybill will be sent to you in your email to ensure you can return the item.
We welcome our customers to return the products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
Your payment will be transferred to your wallet account once your item is returned, and you can buy any other item from our website.
