In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition you received and in the original box. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund of your payment to your DODuae.com Login Wallet Account. You can use the same payment for new orders anytime because there is no CASH REFUND policy in DODuae.com.
In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund of your payment to your DODuae.com Login Wallet Account which can be used in your next order. There is no CASH REFUND POLICY.
VALID REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM:
✦ If your delivered product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival).
✦ The Product you received is incorrect (presentation different on the website) or incomplete.
✦ You have changed your mind about the purchase.
✦ The size of a Fashion product does not fit.
✦ You do not like the product after opening the package.
On the above reasons, you are eligible to return the product with the charges of 20 AED (FIRST TIME) and 40 AED (SECOND TIME).
In cases where the customer requests DODuae.com to return their items, we welcome them and give them a guideline according to our policies.
We are sorry that you're dissatisfied with your purchase. No need to worry. Please return the item in the original condition. We will reimburse the total amount of the purchased item to your Wallet account excluding the courier charges.
